A popular idea of hosting a bachelorette party is having it on a party bus.  However, many people booking a male stripper to perform on the bus haven’t thought of some of the obstacles involved.  First off, most people have the bus rented a certain period of time like from 7pm to 1am or for a preset block of time.  The bus typically will pick everyone up at a hotel or someone’s house and then the bachelorette party night has officially kicked off.  When thinking of adding a male stripper into the evening’s itinerary, you should think of the route and stops the bus will make during the evening.  If the bus arrives to the first stop at a sports bar at 7:30pm, it would be ideal to spend at least an hour there for everyone to have a few drinks to get loosened up.  Next, you should plan on having the male stripper arrive between 8:30pm and 9pm to the bar location. The dancer would then call on his arrival and you can slip outside to pay him his fee before he starts the show.   You can then get all of the girls out of the bar and onto the bus where the dancer will perform.  Most guys will bring their own music on a phone which will need to be connected via bluetooth to the bus sound system.  Please have the driver available to discuss this with the dancer prior to the girls getting onto the bus.  After everyone is on the bus, then either the dancer or the driver can hit play on the music and the dancer can now come onto the bus and single his attention on the bachelorette.

Many people think of booking a male stripper on a party bus that they want the bus to drive all over with him dancing.  This is a possibility however it is not the best idea from the dancer’s point of view for the following reasons:

• Dancing on a moving party bus can be hazardous where the dancer or any of the girls on the bus could slip and fall.
• Driving off from the pickup location with the dancer on board the bus can also put him behind on getting to his next show on time.
• If the bus travels a far distance during the show duration to it’s next stop, now the dancer is far away from his vehicle.

So the ideal situation would be for the male stripper to get onto the bus with his music playing and then having the driver either staying parked in that spot or to move the bus to another area close by with the flashers on until the party has finished.

Also most party buses have a stripper pole in the middle of the walkway.  Many male dancers are not trained in pole dancing nor do they wanna take the risk of jumping on the pole incase they accidentally kick someone in the face.  The dancing area in a party bus is very limited to see a good show, especially if he has some choreographed moves.  The type of show you would get on a party bus would highly differ from one you would get having at someone’s house or in a rented building.  If you have a male stripper on a party bus and then you went to see a male revue recently at a club, you typically are not going to see the same type of show you would in a club.  Party buses again are very limited on room to move around and entertain.  Customers think that the idea is exciting and fun, however from a dancer’s point of view, it is not the best location to put on a good show.

Some girls have been known to book a limousine and think they can have the male stripper come perform inside.  Keep in mind, the dancer can not stand up in a limousine and the most he could do is sit inside and mingle with the girls.  This would not really be an option, so be sure to book a party bus, or vehicle that allows everyone to stand freely.

Also we suggest always trying to contact and book your stripper way in advance.  Industry standard is that dancers will have multiple shows on Friday and Saturday nights.  So if you are wanting your male stripper to be a part of a major portion of the evening, then it’s best to inquire and book him way in advance to lock in a larger block of his time if that is what your evening requires.
